A Class for Beginners & Those Refreshing Their Practice

Have you ever tried to meditate and found your mind just... won't stop talking?  You're not alone. Many people who try meditation for the first time think they're "doing it wrong" because their thoughts keep coming. The truth is — that's completely normal. Meditation isn't about emptying your mind. It's about learning how to be present with yourself, one breath at a time.  Whether you've never meditated before or you've tried and struggled to stick with it, this class was created just for you.
