What is it that stands under all things? What is the spiritual foundation that remains steady when life around us feels uncertain or changing?
This Sunday, we explore the Power of Understanding—one of Unity’s twelve spiritual powers—and discover how understanding helps us see beyond appearances and recognize the deeper truth of our lives.
Understanding is more than simply knowing about something. It is an inner awareness that comes when we pause, listen, and open our minds and hearts to Divine wisdom. Through understanding, we begin to see that beneath every experience there is an opportunity to grow in consciousness, compassion, and faith.
When we remember what stands under all things—the presence and love of God—we can meet life with greater peace and clarity. We may not understand every circumstance, but we can understand that we are never separate from Divine Presence.
As we gather this Sunday, let's open ourselves to a deeper understanding: God is the foundation beneath us, within us, and all around us. From this awareness, we can move through life with greater wisdom, faith, and peace.
