As we enter the second week of Advent, we turn our hearts toward the sacred and transformative power of peace. In a world that often feels hurried, noisy, and uncertain, our Unity teachings invite us to remember that peace is not something we wait for-it is something we consciously call forth from within.
Peace is more than the absence of conflict; it is a spiritual practice, a presence, and a choice. This Sunday, we will explore how we can cultivate inner calm, bring peace into our relationships, and hold a vision of peace for our world, regardless of appearances. Advent reminds us that divine light is always being born in us. When we call forth peace, we allow that light to shine through every word we speak and every action we take.
This Sunday we will celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, plus we are holding Circulation Sunday. It is another fundraiser for our new building. I hope you will join us, whether in person or on Zoom because it’s always better when you are present!
Many Blessings,
Rev Donna
