As we enter this final week of Advent, we arrive at the radiant theme of Joy—not a quiet or hidden joy, but one that is meant to be lived and expressed boldly. In Unity, joy is not dependent on circumstances; it is a divine quality that arises from our connection with Spirit and our trust in the unfolding good of life.
“Let Your Joy Be Bold” invites us to claim joy as a spiritual practice. Even in times of uncertainty or transition, we can choose joy as an act of faith—faith that God’s light is present, active, and guiding us forward. This bold joy becomes a blessing not only for ourselves, but for everyone we encounter.
As Advent draws to a close, may we welcome the Christ light within with open hearts and joyful expectation. Let your joy be visible. Let it be courageous. Let it be a living expression of the love and hope we celebrate this sacred season.
I hope you plan to join us for service whether in person or on Zoom this Sunday because it’s always better when you are here.
Many blessings,
Rev Donna
