We step beyond the intellectual framework of Understanding and explore the powerful spiritual wake-up call inspired by the timeless words of Ephesians 5:14: “Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.”
Have you ever felt like you were walking through life on autopilot, reacting to the world around you rather than consciously co-creating your uniqueness with the Divine? Once we understand the laws of the Universe, the relation of thought to cause and effect, we can awaken that brilliant light of our own indwelling Christ identity.
We can ground ourselves in these spiritual truths by reminding ourselves, as Paul did, that our bodies are sacred temples of the Holy Spirit. God does not just speak to us in abstract ways or concepts; God’s guidance constantly ripples through our physical forms as somatic wisdom. It’s up to us to recognize the physical signs and shifts, and to honor thy body temple."
